Shipping costs:

We ship UPS Ground within the continental US. Shipping charges vary, and we will calculate your shipping cost for you at the time of your order. We can also ship to Canada or overseas (via Air Mail Parcel Post), but additional shipping charges apply. Please contact us for details.

Returns:

We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase, according to the following conditions:

• You must have the original sales receipt and all original packaging (tags and box, if applicable).
• Shoes cannot have been worn outside, soiled or treated with polish or waterproofing treatment.
• Clothing cannot have been worn or washed.
• Red-tagged items can be exchanged for another item or store credit within 5 days of purchase.
• Items discounted 50% or more are final sale only and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Some special-ordered items cannot be returned. Read more about special orders.
• Customers ordering through our website are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If you feel that an item you have purchased at Lenny's is defective, please let us know, even if it has been worn. Store credits for defective merchandise are issued by the management on a case-by-case basis.
